How much information do you need to start?
Will I get editable files?
All designs and social media graphics delivered will be finalized print ready pieces. Some package marketing collateral items will include files that can be modified using special design software if absolutely necessary.
Working files can be provided upon request after your project has been paid in full.
How will I receive my final files?
Depending on size, you will receive your digital design files via email or a download link after your project has been paid in full unless other arrangements have been discussed prior.
What if I don’t like the end product?
We include many opportunities for revisions throughout the process in all of our projects; this allows you to provide us with constructive feedback so that you will get the end product you are happy with. It’s also best if you provide us lots of information during the discovery stage to avoid this situation altogether.
Will you handle the printing for me?
We are more than happy to help you get awesome printing to represent your brand. We work with a select group of local and national commercial printers and sign shops who specialize in various printing techniques, paper and card stocks and special finishes. Our print partners also give us competitive pricing so you don’t have to do the extra leg work of shopping around, or learn all the jargon to make sure your job is printed the way you want it.
How long will it take and how much will it cost?
Without knowing the details of your project and what you have for us to work with we can’t give an accurate timeline on your project. The best place to start is with a Free Consultation. Once we have our details we can give an accurate cost estimate and timeline. However, with that being said, our minimum level of engagement with new clients is $500.
How do we meet?
We operate remotely to better serve our clients and balance output and meeting times. In-person meetings are on special request. While we may not meet often in person, this gives us more flexibility in terms of hours and scheduling. We’re always available by email, phone, or Zoom meeting.
How do we communicate through the design process?
We will have one or two initial design meetings before we begin any design work, followed by unlimited email, phone, and video call support during the duration of your design project’s timeline.
Post Pandemic we’ve discovered it’s a lot more productive, for us and our clients, to meet online rather than in person.
