Website Packages Faq
Why are there only starting prices listed?
The starting price is exactly that, should your project not need anything additional above our base package. Your needs may be different from another client’s needs. This is why we always start with a consultation call to meet and discuss your unique design needs, and goals. If we are a good fit to work together then we’ll send you a proposal unique to your project.
What about additional costs?
Some additional website costs that might come up would be any licensing fees for special plugins, artwork, or media, as well as any additional design time beyond your original project scope. These would always be discussed before we take any action.
Do you offer payment options?
Yes we do. We understand getting proper branding and design can be a significant investment so we have options to make payments as simple as possible for our clients. Most website projects are paid in 2-3 payments, while website projects or combination brand + website projects can be broken down into 3-6 payments depending on project size. All payments are due before the completion and launch of your project and delivery of any final files.

Am I responsible for providing images and content for the website?
We work with professional copywriters to help create your website’s content and if we need to we can also work with photographers, videographers, illustrators, and other creatives to get you everything your project will need. We will discuss that in detail during the brand discovery.
What if I don’t like the end product?
We include many opportunities for revisions throughout the process in all of our projects; this allows you to provide us with constructive feedback so that you will get the end product you are happy with. It’s also best if you provide us lots of information during the discovery stage to avoid this situation altogether.
What happens after the website is launched?
As part of our project wrap up, we will schedule a training session where we do a walkthrough of using your new website. This session is recorded so you can review at your leisure. If you are managing the site yourself we will help you migrate it from our staging to you hosting account. We also offer website care and maintenance packages that we will discuss with you at the end of your project.
How long will it take?
If everything goes smoothly the average is 4-6 weeks for Single-Page/Landing Page sites and 8-10 weeks for multi-page sites. That being said, each project is unique and each timeline completely dependent upon the scope of the project, revisions and client response time.
How do we meet?
We operate remotely to better serve our clients and balance output and meeting times. In-person meetings are on special request. While we may not meet often in person, this gives us more flexibility in terms of hours and scheduling. We’re always available by email, phone, or Zoom meeting.
How do we communicate through the design process?
We will have one or two initial design meetings before we begin any design work, followed by unlimited email, phone, and video call support during the duration of your design project’s timeline.
Post Pandemic we’ve discovered it’s a lot more productive, for us and our clients, to meet online rather than in -person.
