I’d like to introduce to you Tara Tremblett. She is a successful entrepreneur, wife, and mother of 3. Currently, she holds the title of Executive Sales Leader and Independent Consultant for Norwex but she is FAR from your salesperson stereotype.
She chose to work with Norwex because she fell in love with the science behind the products. Norwex offers a great alternative for those who want to avoid using harsh chemicals in their homes, many of which have harmful side effects over time that we don’t even realize. Norwex products offer many health benefits and cost savings. Tara has seen the evidence in her own home as well as those of her clients and she loves to do demos.
Tara recently took some time to answer a few of my questions.
What has been your biggest struggle this past year? How did you overcome it?
My biggest struggle this year was like most COVID! With social distancing protocols, I could no longer do in-home product demos. Up until March (2020) that was how I shared Norwex. So a pivot was needed and fast so I wouldn’t completely loose my business. I moved my business completely online. Revamped my demos and became virtual!! It took a lot of work to completely restructure. Make demo videos and learn “the internet” ????. It was hard but now I’ve embraced this new platform moved forward and feel that this change has really benefited me. I can reach more people than ever before, it’s easier for hosts and so much FUN ????
How do you stay positive?
I really love what I do, it warms my insides. Guiding people through the negative physical, mental and environmental ramifications of the chemical cleaning products. Along with showing them the options available for safer, faster, economic, environmentally friendly options Norwex offers allows me to make a difference in this world.
Do you have any business tips or insights that you would like to share?
Love what you do!! There’s a saying that goes something like ‘f you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life’. I truly believe this to be true. And only you have the power to control that. If your not happy – change it ????. You and your business will be better for it!
