1. Interview/Briefing
2. Design
3. Artwork
4. Production
1. Briefing
The briefing stage may consist of either or both of the following:
• Initial informal discussions between covering the project objectives, timing and budget.
• Formal meetings to discuss your project in detail and clarify any technical issues including budget, timetable and corporate identity guidelines.
2. Design
Development
• We will review all of the information, files, background material and identity standards to ensure understanding of the project context and your requirements.
• Internally, we draft concepts, and preliminary designs if needed, and select the most appropriate options for further development.
Presentation
• We will present our visual solutions/proofs, and explain our design decisions.
• At this point you will evaluate the proofs against the initial information provided in the briefing.
Refinement
• After your review and feedback, we will make the revisions required and, if necessary, present you with new design proofs.
3. Artwork
• After all required revisions are made and the final design proofs are APPROVED by you, the client, we will prepare the final artwork files.
• If any additional charges were incurred the initial estimate or final invoice will be updated accordingly.
4. Delivery/Production
• At this point your final artwork files will be delivered.
• If your project requires printing Hotspot Creative can arrange and deliver your order for you, saving you time and money while also saving you the hassle of dealing directly with the printer. We pride ourselves on our print project management services and find it best to be the connection between client and printer to ensure the best possible outcome every time.
